Jaeger-LeCoultre and the World Breeding
Federation of Sport Horses award a prize
to the three best horse breeders
Doha, November 20th 2013 – Swiss fine watchmaking manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre awarded three prizes to celebrate the work of the three best horse breeders at a dinner organised by the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses (WBFSH) and attended by its president, HRH the Princess Benedikt of Denmark, Hamad Al-Attiya, chairman of Qatar Esquestrian Federation, as well as GCT horse riders, including Edwina Tops-Alexander, defending champion and friend of Jaeger-LeCoultre. This award follows the international competitions that took place in the various countries of the horse breeders during the course of the year in three disciplines: dressage, jumping and eventing.
For the next two years, Jaeger-LeCoultre will be partnering the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses, the only international federation of studbooks for sport horses in the world, by supporting the Federation’s rankings that highlight the work of Breeders around the world. Every month the WBFSH/FEI ranking of each discipline (dressage, jumping and eventing) is published on the federation’s website, which also provides official information on horses competing at international level all around the world, along with their pedigrees and their studbooks.
